  • 4 cups of red beans
  • 1/2 white onion cubed
  • 1 cup fresh herbs: basil, cilantro, parsley, dill
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 can Amy’s vegan Thai Coconut Soup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic power and onion
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (or maple syrup, agave, date sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon mined garlic
  • 2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 handful of vegan chips
  • 2 pieces of whole wheat or spelt bread.


  1. Soak the beans overnight. On the next day, cook the beans, then drain.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to your food processor.
  3. Process until somewhat smooth and form into patties. (Note: If the patty is too moist and sticks to your hand add more ground flax seed).
  4. Fry in oiled pan on low heat for 10 minutes on each side OR Bake in the oven on parchment paper 15 minutes on each side, 350 degrees.


*Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings place on a warm tortilla shell.
